This is my first attempt to create a SDE video, post online and affix a web log, all in the same day. With the help of my team, inspirational thoughts, urge to reach the full potential, and of course wi-fi..I realized it could be possible.
Marrying one’s high school sweetheart is like a fairytale coming to life, just like this couple’s love story.
Elizabeth and Jack dated way back in high school at 10th grade. Although they parted their ways briefly, love and fate brought them back together at 12th grade and since then, inseparable. Jack moved to Alberta at the near end of 2010 then shortly, Elizabeth followed. Jack, realizing that it is Elizabeth he cannot live without, on new year’s day 2011, he proposed marriage to the woman he had known and loved for almost a decade.
Today on their 10th year anniversary, September 29, 2012 at Saint Joseph Church, a Roman Catholic parish in eastern Scarborough, they bind each other through the promise of love with lifetime commitment before God and their loved ones.
With my team of 3 film makers, we captured their beautiful moments from their preparation in Hilton Garden Inn up the church. I usually use an upbeat tempo for my SDE videos but this time, per bride & groom’s request, I had to use a song that is significant to them. R&B/soul piece that is dear to this couple’s heart,”More than You’ll Ever Know” by Boyz II Men . In this SDE, extra consideration was allotted to ensure that their chosen song will impart a harmonious effect with their special moments that were portrayed.
